Possible Glitch?

I want your feedback. When you go into the Dojo, and look at the SMALL belt list not opened up it doesn’t have the tip that tell you to do the competitive mode? When you open it up to big size, it shows the tip that you should use competitive mode so you can earn belts. Also, competitive mode isn’t working for me? WEIRD.
